Harvesting Project Bids Now Accepted

The Outlet Bay Water and Sewer District (the "District") is currently inviting informal bids for harvesting, thinning, hauling to purchase mills and cleaning and/or grubbing of approximately 73 acres of land around its lagoon site, pursuant to the mandates of the District's Amended Silvaculture Plan, located on the District's website outletbaysd.com, under the heading of News and Notices: Proposed Projects.

Parties interested in bidding may obtain additional information by contacting the District Office at 149 Outlet Bay Road, Priest Lake, Idaho  83856.

Any of the following documents shall be made available, upon reasonable deposit, to any interested bidder:  bid form, bidder's instructions, general and special instructions, drawings and specifications.

All bids shall be presented or sent electronically to the District at the address listed above.

Bidders shall provide examples of recent logging activities for review by the District for quality, completion state, and general appearance.

The deadline for submitting bids is 11:00 a.m. May 30, 2024.
